EMBASSY OF TURKMENISTAN IN UZBEKISTAN HOLDS A ROUND TABLE ON THE OCCASION OF THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF NEUTRALITY
On April 21, 2020, a round table was held in the building of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of a teleconference with the Urgench State University on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the country's permanent Neutrality.
The meeting was attended by employees of the Embassy, employees of the Urgench State University, scientists, teachers and students from Turkmenistan.
During the event, the Ambassador emphasized the historical significance of the high-level conference “The policy of neutrality and its role in ensuring international peace, security and sustainable development”, which will be held in Ashgabat on December 11-12 this year.
Speaking at the meeting, the rector of Urgench State University congratulated the entire Turkmen people on the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan and emphasized the importance of this symbolic date not only for the region, but for the whole world.
